Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us known as soon as possible so that your appointment may be offered to someone else.

For all NHS patients, if two appointments are missed then we may not be able to continue treatment in the future.

For patients undergoing private dental treatment, at least 24 hours notice is required if you are unable to make your appointment. Failure to inform us will incur a failure to arrive or late cancellation fee.

Disabled access

There is complete disabled access to our dental practice via the automatic ground floor door of the healthcare centre and a lift. We also have disabled toilet facilities. For deaf and hard of hearing patients we can arrange for a sign interpreter to be present and provide induction loop equipment.

Urgent treatment and out of hours care

Urgent treatment means treatment that the dentist considers necessary to relieve severe pain or prevent your oral condition deteriorating before you can make a normal appointment.
